One of IRRfc's partners, Frank Neale, is an accredited mediator specialising in commercial disputes.  Instead of wasting time and money on litigation, mediation is increasingly becoming the preferred way of settling disputes.  It's not hard to understand why.  In 75-80% of cases disputes are settled in one or two days at minimal cost.  This compares with months and often years of wrangling if the former legal route is taken.  In many cases it is a win win for both sides.
